Wingows 7 has a God Mode, does not do what you think.

Despite the name of this ‘mode’, this windows 7 hack won’t give you almighty powers. It will, however, create a folder that allows you to edit all your computers settings from one place. It can do everything from adding a printer to reformatting your hard drive – and more. Simple How To after the break.

To create this chaotic hidden settings jumble, all you need to do is create a new folder, and rename it

   1:  GodMode.{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C}

Then, the folder will change to God Mode. Simple. Plus, it’s cool.

There is also word that this will work on Vista 32 bit, but that doing it on 64 bit Vista crashes the OS.
